The Technique to Double Your Study Speed
my real game changer of effectiveness

If I told you that you could memorize an hour-long lesson in 5 minutes, would you believe me?
Okay, you probably wouldn't believe me, I don't blame you—I wouldn't have believed it myself.
Yet, you could do it easily.
Let me tell you a story about it.
Three years ago, studying was a stress for me. I wanted to excel, but I was wearing myself out with books and getting mediocre results. Back then, I would have paid anything to be more efficient in studying and get the results I wanted without spending all my hours on books.
By pure chance, I came across a TikTok page of a company talking about a high-level memory course. The course seemed to promise mind-blowing and downright incredible results.
In the course presentation, some students demonstrated a memory game, memorizing 20-digit numbers at first hearing and repeating them perfectly.
I don't know if you've ever tried, but for me, just remembering a phone number (10 digits) required many repetitions.
Even though I believed at the time that there was a "trick," I thought that if I could memorize at that speed, I could save at least an hour from my study sessions, which interested me a lot.
I was fascinated and invested $2000 in the course.
That course changed my life.
Memorizing 20 digits by listening to them only once? Done on the second day of the course—it took me a few minutes (obviously, it was the first time), but just a month after the course, I could memorize them in less than a minute.
Of course, memorizing numbers isn't very useful, but the same technique can be used to memorize any concept, any information, and lessons I need to remember.
(And with the number game, I have fun winning some bets among friends😉 (always handy))
That course was a true change of perspective.
Because yes, after learning those techniques, I realized something shocking:
Our mind is much more capable than we all believe, and by better utilizing this potential, we are capable of much more than we think.
This technique is proof of that. There's nothing magical and nothing difficult; literally, ANYONE can learn to memorize at this speed.
From the course, I've met hundreds of people capable of doing it.
PS: One of the students from the course, I later discovered, became a world memory champion!! (training with this technique)
You just need to learn how.
But despite this, millions of students still spend hours repeating and repeating, because that's the only way to memorize they know.
We are capable of memorizing 20 digits in 30 seconds without effort, and many don't know it.
Or at least, as I told myself after the course:
>” I can memorize 20 digits in 30 seconds, and I didn't know it!”
How many times have you told yourself, "I'm not able to memorize" or "I can't retain information long-term"?
How many hours have you spent repeating information out loud hoping to remember it for an exam?
And how would it be to really learn to use your memory and discover that it is quite easy to instantly memorize almost everything?
We all have the same memory, we just need to learn how to use it!
These techniques take studying to another level.
And the best thing? They are also fun:
And to make you understand what I mean, let me explain what's behind this memory technique:
PAV: memorize everything in seconds
What are the pieces of information that our memory registers spontaneously?
Certainly what is not part of the daily routine, but particular, strange things and events. A person dressed as a shaman stands out more than a crowd of people in suits.
And the more bizarre the story of our memory, the more easily we will remember it. Our brain, in fact, remembers what is strange, out of the ordinary, because that's where, generally, the most important information and events are found.
The memory technique is called PAV, which in Italian is an acronym that means Paradox, Action, Vivid.
The technique consists of provoking a vivid emotion in the subconscious which produces a mental connection capable of activating the memorization capacity.
- By Paradox we mean images that, by form, size, and behavior, do something strange and bizarre, completely out of the norms of normality.
- By Action we refer to movement: we should always visualize scenes in action, dynamic, and avoid static ones, which are too weak to effectively stimulate memory.
- By Vivid we refer to emotional transport and the interaction of all five senses, in a sort of synesthesia. This way, our involvement will be greater, the imagined situation will gain realism, and we will not easily forget it.
Thanks to P.A.V., we will involve the totality of our active memory compared to the modest 5-10% of mnemonic potential of the repetition method.
And yes, in practice, it consists of turning what we need to memorize into small, fun images that move.
This technique works for EVERYONE, I've seen it applied by hundreds of students, it’s simply how our memory works.
But to be effective, 4 FUNDAMENTAL rules must be followed.
They are simple to apply, once learned.
The fact that memorizing with images is better is known, and many try to propose various ways to apply it, but all are only partially effective because they do not respect all four rules of PAV. You end up remembering the image but not the information, or not remembering at all.
But when PAVs are done well, they are infallible (two years of memorization like this have never disappointed me).
Our abilities surprise us.
If you can imagine what it is like to memorize anything in a few minutes by thinking of funny moving images, well, I think you can understand how much lighter and more fun studying can be.
Since the course, my mission has been to spread these techniques to as many students as possible, because I really can't believe they are still so little known.
I have chosen to give away all the information I acquired during the study course I attended, plus all the techniques I have added and implemented over the years, in an accessible eBook, which you can find at this link: "fall in love with studying - a 2 weeks transformation"
If you really want to revolutionize your study method forever, take a look at it!
Imagine what it would be like to eliminate all the time you spend repeating from your study sessions.
What it would be like to have full confidence that once memorized, you won't forget it.
What it would be like to have more time for yourself or to be more curious.
And what it would be like to know that you are at least really using the mind you have.
In summary,
You have much, much, much more potential than you believe, and you have the chance to go further than you think.
School still promotes a really old study method, despite scientific research having discovered much more effective methods.
Studying and memorizing can be much more fun and creative than we are always led to believe, and memorizing with images IS THE WAY.
I hope this email has inspired you to explore a new perspective.
